Our Story
NIO Care Solutions Consulting was founded with one central goal in mind: to make a meaningful impact on the communities that need it most. My passion for helping others has been the driving force behind my career, and after years of experience working directly within social services, I realized there was a gap in how organizations were able to access and implement effective strategies for their work. I wanted to bridge that gap.
With a background and education in Social Work and Public health I began to understand the importance of a holistic, data-driven approach to social services. I saw how the right strategies, tools, and frameworks could lead to transformative change for both the organizations and the individuals they serve. Working with the most vulnerable populations and rural communities have long been the driving force of my passion to make an impact in communities. This inspired me to take the leap and start my own consulting firm, focusing on helping social service organizations optimize their operations, improve their service delivery, and ultimately achieve their missions more effectively.
Since founding the company, I’ve had the privilege of working with numerous organizations, offering strategic planning, program development, staff training, and operational support. I believe that social services play a crucial role in shaping the well-being of our communities, and my aim is to empower organizations to thrive so they can continue to support those in need.
